Who We Are

Mission & values

Our Mission

As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, we are committed to profitably delivering exceptional automation systems that satisfy our customers' unique needs while maintaining the highest standards for quality and delivery. To grow responsibly and provide meaningful opportunities for our team.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to engineering excellence, unwavering quality, and the highest standards of integrity in every engagement. We treat every federal contract as a mission — not a transaction — because the work we do ultimately serves the public interest.

Our Story

Where we came from

Guardian Robotics was founded by a Marine Corps officer and a PhD engineer — two people who understood both the demands of federal environments and the gap between what technology promises and what it actually delivers inside those environments.

We started with a clear thesis: the federal government deserves AI software that is purpose-built for its constraints, not retrofitted from commercial products. That meant building for compliance from the first line of code, not bolting it on at the end.

Our flagship product, ScreenComply.AI, was the first expression of that thesis — a compliance automation platform designed specifically for the regulatory complexity of government agencies, educational institutions, and regulated enterprises.

Today, we deliver AI software, cybersecurity assessment services, and professional IT services to federal customers — with the rigor and accountability that mission-critical work requires.

Core Values

How we operate

01

Mission First

Every decision is evaluated against the mission — for our customers and for the public they serve. We don't optimize for shortcuts.

02

Security by Design

Federal-grade security is not an afterthought. We architect for compliance from the first commit, not the last sprint.

03

Delivery at Speed

Military and engineering backgrounds give us a bias toward execution. We plan with rigor and move with urgency.

04

Integrity in Every Engagement

We bring the same transparency and accountability to every contracting relationship that we'd want from a partner.

05

Responsible Growth

We grow in ways that strengthen our team, expand our capabilities, and serve more customers without compromising what makes us good.

06

Veteran-Led, Veteran-Committed

Our SDVOSB status isn't just a procurement preference — it reflects who we are and our ongoing commitment to the veteran community.
